Herbal Restaurant & Spa
has a uniquely designed exterior structure and an equally
fascinating interior that touches on nature and health-themed
motif. The restaurant serves a variety of spicy and herbal
cuisines, herbal teas and soups that can be selected for
one's individual specific health needs. Inside the air-conditioned
restaurant, one can enjoy a meal amidst the wall ornaments
depicting herbs and spices while their feet rest on neatly
arranged stone pebbles floor for a foot reflexology experience
of a kind. These pebbles which covers the entire floor are
sourced from West Asia.
Herbal
Sauna
The sauna
consist of lodges that are built from a combination of designs
from Japan, Korea, China, Finland and Egypt to obtain the
most effective herbal sauna.
The
saunas are heated using steam from underground. The rocks
are slowly heated to 90
degree Celsius.
Herbal infused water is then splashed on the rocks
to produce steam, thus giving a refreshing aroma and formation
of negative ions which is beneficial to health.
The
combination of sweat bathing and cooling conditions the
body, and a well-tuned body is more resistant to colds,
diseases and infections. In cold weather, the
warm glowing feeling lingers for hours, while in hot climates
the body seems cooler than before the sweat bath.
